Many of our users start with a monthly subscription and later want to upgrade to an annual subscription. Here you will find the instructions on how to easily do it yourself.
Step 1: Log in to the software
This guide assumes that you already have an account in the ezzy Screener. If you don’t have one yet, you can register for free here.
Log in at app.ezzy.io and scroll all the way down. Then click on “Manage or cancel subscription”.
Step 2: Order environment
You will be immediately redirected to the order environment, where you can also find your previous invoices. In the top right corner, you will see “Update subscription” highlighted in yellow. Click on it.
Step 3: Manage subscription
In this step, you can now manage your subscription. To upgrade your monthly subscription to an annual subscription, click on “Annually” and then on “Continue”.
Now simply follow the further steps. In the last step, you will need to confirm and pay for the subscription. That’s how easy it was to upgrade your monthly subscription to an annual subscription.
