Terms and Conditions & Privacy Notice – Trade Fair Raffle
Organizer
This raffle is organized by ezzy (ezzy AG, Landstrasse 39, 9490 Vaduz, Principality of Liechtenstein, support@ezzy.io).
Eligibility
- All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate.
- Employees of ezzy are excluded.
Raffle Process
- Participation by entering a valid email address and submitting a guess for the GOLD closing price (USD) on November 21, 2025.
- Each person may only participate once.
Prizes
- Participants whose guess is closest to the actual GOLD closing price (USD) on November 21, 2025, will win a one-year subscription to the ezzy software “Premium”.
- In case of a tie, a draw will decide.
- Cash payments are excluded.
Notification
- Winners will be notified by email.
- If there is no response from the participant within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited.
Liability
- ezzy accepts no liability for technical problems during participation.
Legal Recourse
- Legal recourse is excluded.
Privacy Notice
- Providing a valid email address is required for participation.
- The data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the raffle; according to Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR.
- After the raffle ends and the winners are notified, the data will be deleted unless explicit consent for further use (e.g., newsletter, further information) has been given.
- Consent to the newsletter is voluntary and can be revoked at any time (unsubscribe link or email to support@ezzy.io).
